Cafe Rouge

No matter how hard you try, you'll never escape the French. Their dance acts have saturated our music charts, their football players have taken over our Premiership, and even their films have started to appear in our cinemas. But if somehow you've managed to avoid Daft Punk, Thierry Henry and Amelie thus far, this quaint Parisian bistro will finally force you into confronting our foreign counterparts. Not only do they provide English newspapers for you to sit about reading over your coffee, they also have a great selection of reasonably cheap and tasty food too. You may well go in with a negative attitude towards the French but you'll probably leave thinking that they're not so bad after all. Peut–etre.
