Club Adelphi

The 20th Century UK dance music scene would be unregonisable without this place, as this was the original home of that little known disco, Gatecrasher, many, many years ago. Things have moved on a bit with a £1.5 billion refurb overhauling this original Edwardian theatre, but the same manic, up for it vibe remains. Its location out in Attercliffe means that it's a bit of an arse to get to, but it's worth the pilgrimage as your 'avin it' heritage would be incomplete without a stop off here.
