Although Takapuna sounds like a Japanese comic–book war cry, this stylish bar is doing its utmost to turn our rusty city of Sheffield into a respectable dwelling. Downstairs, the posh restaurant fills up with suited and booted folk eating fancy dishes whilst upstairs the lively bar is complete with continental lager and funked–up breakbeat. Black seats and UV minimalism provide the ambience and beautiful people occupy the seats. Trendy.
