Magna Science Adventure Centre

The Big Melt, Air, Earth, Fire and Water. No, this isn't a sarnie from your local café and it's not a rock band from the 70s. This is an exciting and (prepare yourselves) educational museum/adventure centre. The museum is housed in a large ex-steelworks, which once held the record for making the most steel in a week, using its huge electric arc furnace. The furnace is still used as one of the exhibits and the industrial age is brought into the new age with lights, smoke, pyrotechnics and sound. Don't worry about seeing 'don't touch' signs, it's all fully hands on.
