USC is like one of those 'backup' friends you might have. You'd never allocate your Saturday night to them straight off, just in case something more exciting came along, but you'd be on the phone to them like a shot if you found out that your other plans were going to fall through. Thus it is with USC. You wouldn't go in there first thing, mostly because the prices are too high and Diesel is just so 2004, dahling. You would, however, have a good long search through a whole heap of other shops and, having not found that perfect top, end up trying and succeeding in USC. It's a shopper's safety net.
