Ruskin's Wine Bar
A bit of a Pick 'n' Mix bar, Ruskin's prides itself on attracting crowds of all types and varieties. Don't be surprised to bump into your little sister's emo friend with dyed purple hair and your trendy but silly Aunt Betty all on the same day. Music is the theme here. They try hard to balance conflicting tastes in a laudable attempt to bust out everyone's favourite at some point during the night, from jazz to Hed Kandi bangin' toons. The thing we wonder is whether they might just get it right if they didn't try that little bit too hard.
