King Edward VII Swimming Pool

It's probably not very necessary to explain what this place is about. It's kind of a case of it-says-it-on-the-tin. It is, however, worth pointing out that this is a seriously decent place to get some exercise in Sheffield, as compared to our usual methods of dragging bags up and down Ecclesall Road and igniting the dancefloors of the city's drinking establishments. King Edwards offers aerobic classes for all ages and general swimming, as well as lessons for those of us who didn't have to endure being thrown into a lake and made to either swim or drown. Not that we're bitter, dad.
