Booked in for a colour apparently £38 pretty reasonable especially with my student discount...however charged me for a colour and blow dry which i didnt ask for, phoned up to complain and told me that I had to have the blow dry as they dont let people leave with wet hair, would have been happy for a quick blast over with hairdryer to see if the colour was ok, but apparently they cant do that. I think the prices are VERY misleading ended up paying £50 for a colour rather than the £32 I was expecting. Would have been cheaper for me to do their walk in cut and colour for £50 and to get my discount on top of that. I will make sure everyone I know realises that they are a complete joke!
