From the outside, it may look like a localised old-codger hive, filled with people that have been drinking since 1967 and haven't yet left. In reality, it's home to a set of the most accommodating bar people this side of Rotherham, with well-kept beer to boot. A place to take old friends to, the very brave will stray into the often empty but quaint lounge bar and be rewarded with a perfect quiet-pint haven.
