The Leadmill
The Leadmill holds a special place in the heart of Sheffield (well, right next to the train station in a run-down industrialised part of the centre). For over a quarter of a century the venue has been the best place in Sheffield for live music and alternative club nights, which is why people still flock here five nights a week to be taught a lesson by this granddaddy of rock music. Although the place looks its age, the bar is cheap, the dance floor is full and the music is always good.
