Frog and Parrot
Attend any of the regular band nights here and you're bound to encounter a mixture of gruff regulars perched on stools, fashion-types bobbing their bleach-blonde heads in time to the music, and students with scuffed-up Converse waving to their 'mate' in the band. The clientele is eclectic to say the least, but with its real ales and a breakfast menu which has an option of 'a bacon sarnie and a pack of Marlboroughs' this pub is so typically Yorkshire, it hurts. The Arctic Monkeys even chose to put a picture of it in their album cover inlay.
