The South Sea
This friendly little bar has recently been refurbished, and this raises it above many of the other student hovels which you'll find around Broomhilll. Ok, so it's still a 'Scream' bar, and the place looks pretty soulless from the outside, but all this is in some way redeemed by the eclectic jukebox (which has over 10,000 songs), the weekly live DJ sets and the decent discounts on food and drink. This place caters for both those looking to get rat-arsed on the cheap, and also those looking for a fairly quiet drink and some pretty decent background music.
