If spending an afternoon constantly falling onto your backside and worrying if someone is going to skate over your fingers sounds right up your street, then there is no better place than Ice Sheffield. If you don't own skates they will even lend you a pair – yes, a bit of the bowling alley shoe issue here, apart from the upsetting lack of silly colours. At least they get you on the ice though – or in our case our arse. If you don't fancy gaining bruises, you can get a decent coffee or a meal in the café and point and laugh as others fall over.
