Sheffield Botanical Gardens
These beautiful gardens are a great place to bring your parents to show them that Sheffield isn't just a grimy industrial town full of strippers. They will think you're so cultured for even knowing where it is. As you wander through the glass pavilions, with your angelic look and an inquistive, studious mind, take in the array of plants on offer and show them the 19th century bear pit – little will they know that the only time you've been hear before was on a boozy afternoon, lying on the grass, drinking a bottle of cider in the sun and contemplating weeing behind a pavilion.
