As soon as one little boutique pops open it's doors on Ecclesall Road, another one disappears; usually faster than you can say 'useless tat' and (fortunately) faster than you can spend your entire overdraft. If Mookau is still in Sheffield by the time you read this, then be safe in the knowledge that this place has something special. A tough, yet cute little shop, full of gifts. With cards and presents as far as the eye can see, you're bound to find something fluffy and sparkly for that annoying cousin of yours. Waste away all your cash on that indispensable talking bottle opener – it beats the average hallmark card.

We're very much still here, and now in our second year! We have fab new stuff arriving every week, although we have never sold musical bottle openers - we blog the new things on our website www.mookau.co.uk when we get time though, but the stock changes so often the best thing is to pop in - we're just between Starbucks and Fat Face.
