Millennium Galleries

One of the city's best cultural venues, consisting of four individual galleries with regularly changing exhibitions, from art to steelworks. Connected to the domed Winter Gardens, it's a striking and impressive example of what modern Sheffield is all about. The most famous exhibition so far has been the supremely successful Vivienne Westwood showcase, graced by celebrities and Sheffield-ers alike. If you have a train to catch then spare an hour or so beforehand and take a wander through – it'll give you something to think about on your journey at least.
